Arrowood’s professional staff has extensive experience in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM E 1527 and EPA AAI.  Unlike other consulting firms, we assign Phase I ESA’s to our most experienced personnel.  We want you to have the benefit of our experience and have professionals who can evaluate the potential risks associated with the purchase.

Our experience gives us the confidence to make recommendations without always having to automatically recommend further evaluation or expensive Phase II investigations.  If we see a problem, you’ll know your options and we’ll tell you what we know and what we don’t know.  Our professionals can help you evaluate the purchase in context with your business objectives.  Our Phase I ESA experience includes performing ESA’s for national and regional clients.  Examples of the types of sites evaluated include:
